Hi everyone! Just a quick blog post to remind you that we are also on Facebook. Our "fan page" is located at:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Happiness-Inside/81193208508
Now having said that, I must be honest and tell you... I am not a huge fan of Facebook. I do have a personal page, yes, and I connect with just a few friends and family members - mostly people I can contact via phone or email, so Facebook isn't that necessary for me.
I'm not a huge fan of Facebook because it seems too limited... I prefer a group site like the one we have here at Happiness Inside. Here we can build our forum, blog together, and carve out a special place for ourselves in the World Wide Web! I really feel as though we have a true community here. We all seem to be building a camaraderie that just doesn't seem to be present on Facebook (in my very humble opinion).
Even Twitter (did you know we are on Twitter? find us at: http://twitter.com/HappinessInside) with its fast and furious Tweeting seems to lend itself to a "group of like-minds" feeling and support.
Regardless, if you ARE a Facebook fan (and maybe for you it's really wonderful - and that's GREAT if it is!) - why don't you look us up? :)

Lovely Quiet
It's Sunday morning and I climbed from bed at 5:00am. I have been trying to add an hour to my day (in order to be more productive and meet some of my goals) and although my target time is 5:30, today I chose to get up 30 minutes earlier.
It's interesting to be up before the sun.
Now, I know there are MANY people, from farmers, to city commuters, to factory workers, that are up way before the sun as a part of their everyday work life. However, it is different for those of us who "do not have to" be up so early. We can experience the magic of daybreak anticipation. It might be so quiet (much like my morning) that the peace filling the new day envelopes one in a cocoon of calm intention. One can contemplate the day ahead. Considerations can be made with reflection. Tasks can be started - and thus finished - earlier. Living life seems more deliberate.
I do not miss the late nights of my younger years. I do not pine away for a "night life". I wonder if it's just the way of it as you move forward in life... After awhile, you long for - and appreciate - the simple lovely quiet an early morning brings.
:)
Be Peaceful... Be Happy,
Tracy

I'm a little tired but...
Life is so good.
I have been SWAMPED these past two months. Mr. G. and I have been working on the Happiness Inside project and truthfully, that has taken up the majority of my time. Fiction writing completely on hold.
But I'm ok with that.
We have had some cool success (e.g., author Marci Shimoff joined our group and another professor/author submitted social networking plans to us). The best part is how some new members are really engaged and excited by our vision!
Well, I shall close here for now. I hope everyone in Blogger land is fabulous! Come visit if you are so inclined!
